Introduction to the Program

Living in the 21stCentury, where your Job demands maximum out of you. Life is full of uncertainty and rapid changes. It is very difficult to differentiate whether you are living a professional life in personal life or personal life in a professional one. We all say work-life balance is important but we face some challenges, some bounce back but some never recover. So, what is resilience? How it is going to help me bounce back? Isn’t it a born quality or something? Will resilience help me perform under severe pressure? Let’s get an answer to all these questions here.

Program Focuses on the following Objective:

1. Understand and learn what is resilience?

2. Identify thinking patterns which will help you to deal with setbacks positively

3. Identify your change readiness and it corresponds with resilience.

4. Building Resilience as a Leader

5. Avoid Stress

Pedagogy

A semi-structured approach with a focus on learning by doing will be followed. This will include concept sessions, diagnostic instruments, unstructured and structured group discussions, management games, role plays, and case study analyses.

Structure1: Initiation of customized classroom training or Individual Training with an introduction to tools and Techniques
Structure2: With the initiation of training in stages, We Implement tools in a structured way with the help of external teams if required.
Structure3: First we conduct Training then move on with individual Leader’s Coaching to help implement tools.
