Introduction to the Program

Change management is a methodical approach to adopting change. This is a doctrine on how one should prepare self and then equip and support individuals to successfully adopt changes. This we do to achieve change in organizational common goals, processes or tools, and technologies. Since Change is inevitable, we need to adopt strategies for effecting change, controlling change, and helping people to adopt change.

Pedagogy

A semi-structured approach with a focus on learning by doing will be followed. This will include concept sessions, diagnostic instruments, unstructured and structured group discussions, management games, role plays, and case study analyses.
