Course Overview

We all, on day to day basis communicate with each other. And we give feedback knowingly or unknowingly to someone about something. Some appreciate some don’t. Accurate and honest feedback from someone who knows what they are talking about and about who, suggests alternative is key for improvement. Genuine feedback skil fully given intended to be helpful is worth of Gold.

So, we need not be good only at giving feedback (don’t try to make advice; it’s genuine advice) but also receiving. A bit difficult task but not impossible.
