Introduction to the Program

After the workshop, participants will be able to use Adult Learning Theory, Design, and Develop Effectively and Facilitate engaging training programs. This program is designed for the Managers and Internal trainers, who deliver technical and functional training internally. This program is a blend of training and long-term coaching- mentoring.

Trainers of adult learners must take a learner-centered approach in their training programs. Adult learners, especially high-tech professionals, need a training program that matches their developmental level and takes into account their real-world expertise.

Program Focuses on the following Objective:

  • Developing effective content by Understanding Training flow, training development process, when to use PPT and when Activities, Storytelling, etc.
  • Usage of tools for effective training delivery with fun and design your training modules.
  • How to use personal communication style for better training delivery
  • Since training is not only a for training day but a continuous process; learn how to be effective after training.
  • The final day will be recorded practice sessions with feedback and coaching from participants.

A semi-structured approach with a focus on learning by doing will be followed. This will include concept sessions, diagnostic instruments, unstructured and structured group discussions, management games, role plays, and case study analyses.
