Introduction to the Program

Being a manager is an amazing opportunity, but it also requires a set of skills and abilities that were never demanded from you before you were promoted. Your promotion as a Manager just sounds fine until you are faced with decisions and responsibilities, and conflicts that you faced or witnessed from the other side of the table. This course will help you in building an understanding of Critical Thinking and its importance in Strengthening your profile as First Time Manager.

Program Focuses on the following  Objective:

  • The ability to identify and analyze an existing problem.
  • The ability to ask the right question
  • Determining a cause of the action that solves the problem with the best result for your business
  • Communication and collaboration as a tool for the effective implementation of the selected solution.

Pedagogy

A semi-structured approach with a focus on learning by doing will be followed. This will include concept sessions, diagnostic instruments, unstructured and structured group discussions, management games, role plays, and case study analyses.
